All charters are customized, and They have a charter specialist who coordinates them. They can pre-position aircraft at other departure locations, but charter flights are very expensive and account for airtime, ground time, and pilot time. Helicopters rates for the Airbus 130 start at $3,000 per hour of airtime (CA, AZ, NV) and $3,500 per hour of airtime in Hawaii. Rates for the Sikorsky S-76 are $4,750 per hour of airtime. Landing is not permitted at any National Park, only airports.
If you request landing on private property, they would need permission from the land owner before doing so. They also fly charters out of California (Based in Santa Monica or Long Beach). We have 48 Airbus 130s and 2 Sikorsky S-76 helicopters.
